1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

• You have not previously had a 7666c account terminated for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To use 7666c's real-money services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on 7666c. All duplicate accounts will be closed, all balances forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

4.3 Account Security

4.4 Accurate Information

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent stage is grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure. Any balances held in an account closed for this reason will be forfeited in full.

5 KYC & Verification

5.2 Address Verification

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7666c accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary. All accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100

6.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank card and bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) hours to reflect in your Player account. 7666c does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

7.2 Wagering Requirements

For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty (30) times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates

7.4 Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry a validity period during which the wagering requirement must be met. 7.5 Bonus Abuse

7666c reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel winnings, and close accounts where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All games available on 7666c are sourced from certified third-party providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) have been independently audited. The outcome of all games is determined by the provider's certified RNG system and cannot be influenced by 7666c or any player action beyond the standard controls of the game.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

8.3 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

8.5 Disputed Results

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7666c platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of criminal activity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Creating, operating, or using more than one Player account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in ways not permitted by standard game controls.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to generate financial gain — including but not limited to game malfunctions, incorrect odds displays, or payment system errors.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Accessing the Platform from an IP address known to belong to a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or intimidates 7666c staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any 7666c software or third-party game content.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7666c Platform — including but not limited to the 7666c brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, databases, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 7666c or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No Player acquires any ownership rights, intellectual property rights, or licence beyond this limited grant by virtue of their use of the Platform.

Reproducing, distributing, publishing, broadcasting, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any content, game, feature, or element of the 7666c Platform without the express written consent of 7666c is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data by 7666c is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

7666c does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or defects, or that game results will meet your expectations. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7666c shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of nature, or third-party service failures.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, the maximum aggregate liability of 7666c to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their account during the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

14 Termination of Account

14.1 Termination by the Player

A Player may close their 7666c account at any time by submitting a written account closure request to the support team via live chat or email. Where a real-money balance remains in the account at the time of closure and all wagering requirements have been satisfied, the Player may request a final withdrawal of that balance before closure is completed, subject to KYC verification.

14.2 Termination by 7666c

7666c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account with immediate effect and without prior notice in the event of: a violation of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any circumstance in which continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, reputational, or security risk to the Platform.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, 7666c reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances, any winnings derived from bonus funds, and any real-money balance where it is determined that the balance was accrued through fraudulent or prohibited conduct. Real-money balances accrued through legitimate play will be returned to the Player via the original payment method subject to verification.

15 Amendments to These Terms

7666c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect a Player's rights or obligations — 7666c will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to registered Players and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

For non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, restructuring of clauses for clarity, or updates to contact information), 7666c may update this page without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent update.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 7666c arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting 7666c support.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint being submitted in writing to 7666c support, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution channels. 7666c will cooperate fully with any such process and will respond to all formal dispute notifications within fourteen (14) business days.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect their rights pending the resolution of a dispute.
